As developments keep getting more high bays and garage doors, I for one am excited that this owner is increasing activation of their building frontage. Starbucks will go a long way, and hopefully something good goes in next door too.
Any idea if this will be a Starbucks Reserve Bar, the new premium brand that Starbucks is rolling out across the world, to offer more beverage options?
Looks huge!
Robert, has Starbucks commented about how this may or may not affect sales at their nearby Woodmont triangle and Bethesda Row south locations?
There are also mini locations at Harris Terter and Target. Any others? I think maybe Safeway ok Bradley has a mini location also?
