Sneak peek: Cheval Bethesda lobby reveal (Photos)
Wow - what a week of sneak peeks it has been. Are you ready for this? This morning I have an exclusive sneak preview of the posh lobby of the new ultra-luxury Cheval Bethesda condo tower at 4990 Fairmont Avenue. The Duball, LLC-developed tower will officially open next Thursday, March 22. Prices range from the $700s on the lower floors up to the 11th, from $1.6 million on floors 12-17, and the two remaining penthouse units will go for a cool $2M+.

I guess the rich aren't "fleeing Montgomery County" after all!
You can call and schedule a tour already they have been showing the lobby to lots of people.
The building has MPDUs (low-priced housing) also right? Where is that located? Separate entrance?
The people will move here will be disappointed by all the restaurant closings, and then likely complain about noise from Taco Arepa at night.
Poor Robbie, forced to sneak, lurk and loiter, while others are reporting the news.
BB reported the grand opening several days ago.
Oh, and "cool million" is 70s talk.
This is pretty old news. You can go in and get a tour as 6:30 said. No need to sneak a peek through the windows :)
9:08: Wrong. There was no such report, and no photos of the lobby.
6:13: $1 million dollar home purchases are not made by "ultra-rich" residents, who indeed are fleeing MoCo, as the actual statistics show in detail.
Which statistics are those, 2:02? Please cite your source.
