Here's a sneak peek at the construction status inside the future Chip City, opening soon at 4938 Elm Street, at the Shoppes of Bethesda. All that you see in the photo below is new construction, including flooring, the counter, the wall behind the counter, and the doorway in the wall. Remember that the interior of Fancy Cakes by Leslie was totally gutted after it closed a year ago. This will be the New York City-based cookie bakery's first Maryland location when it opens.
