Bethesda Mews, LLC has officially acquired the American College of Cardiology campus at 9111 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda. The purchase price was $11,750,000. Built in 1983, the college will replaced with a new neighborhood of single-family luxury homes, with access to a former trolley trail for recreation purposes, and will be known as Bethesda Mews.
