@11:47 AM - I am pretty sure the county releases the crime reports on a weekly basis. Therefore, unless Dyer is listening to police scanners or hears via word of mouth then how would he know? Sounds like you are the dope.

It would be much more informative have more of the FACTS associated with these crimes Dyer. Other publications tell you what occurred, not just that a crime occurred at various locations. You consider yourself a crack reporter, so you should know better. Otherwise this is just crap.
