The latest tower crane to take to the skies over downtown Bethesda is being assembled at the future site of the Stonehall Bethesda luxury condos at 8302 Woodmont Avenue. Blasting will be necessary there to break up bedrock, as I reported a few weeks ago. Time once again to
brush up on your knowledge of crane signals.
