In 10 months Sears closes. I give the rest of the mall another 2 years, tops.
How do you know that Sears is closing in 10 months?
Sears' lease lasts until March. Given how close they came to shutting that store earlier this year, it's extremely unlikely that the lease will be renewed again.
Montgomery Mall is going the way of White Flint and Black Flint (Landover Mall).
Furniture Place is just a temporary pop-up, gone in a few months. No big deal.
"Black Flint" LOL
great - another Marlo.....
3:03 AM Thanks. Read all about Viva in our Winter 2019 "Ethnic Dining Issue".
Viva won't be opening any time soon. They don't pay their contractors and are constantly getting fined by the mall for not following proper procedure.
8:58: Do you mean the County inspectors are fining them?
