A sketch plan will be submitted in the coming weeks for a new, mixed-use development of up to 410,000 SF.

The project will include an unspecified number of residential units, including MPDU affordable units, atop ground floor restaurant/retail space. A public meeting on the plan will be held on
November 14, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the "First Floor Community Room" at 7501 Wisconsin Avenue.
Just over one year ago, the landlord
proposed a 290-unit residential building of up to 250' tall, with 15000 SF of restaurant and retail space. That plan was withdrawn a little over a week later.

Hands Reimer is the epitome of what is wrong with America. He will tax Montgomery County residents and businesses until they are run into the ground then.. poof he will retreat to California with his developer well funded retirement account never to be heard from again.
The streets of Bethesda (same roads we had 50 years ago) will be so tied up in gridlock for decades to come because of this council and leftist Hands Reimer. Take your ridiculous road diets and speed cameras and shove them up your ass.
MoCo can do much , much, better than this big development Yes man.
