Starting today, June 1, 2020,
Philz Coffee at 7247 Woodmont Avenue at Bethesda Row is extending its hours of operation. The new hours will be Monday-Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Philz says to monitor their social media in case ongoing protests in the area require them to close down. Some businesses
began boarding up their storefronts at Bethesda Row last night, after
looting grew close in Chevy Chase.
