EuroMotorcars has just opened its new Mercedes Benz/AMG dealership facility at 7020 Arlington Road in downtown Bethesda. Now work is starting on constructing EuroMotorcars' Audi Bethesda dealership across the street. A Goodyear tire business was demolished. Now the site has been graded, and construction of the new building is starting.

Thanks for the photos! This dealership was designed to follow Audi’s Design Ethos prototype guidelines, developed in Germany. A very sleek and sophisticated dealership design is described on this website:

It is intended to reinforce the Audi brand with a unified framework of dealership layouts, materials, lighting and signage. I thino this infill project will be very cool on Arlington and create a very iconic building. I believe it includes a wide open showroom, inspired by a sweeping curve on the Autobahn, and will be topped by a mezzanine for sales desks. A full second floor above is included for additional sales, given the small size of the site. I think it might even include a rooftop area that can be used for sales and special events. All levels are connected by vehicular and passenger elevators.
The exterior will be clad in a high-tech silver powder coated corrugated perforated metal siding.
