Quiznos at 2 Bethesda Metro Center has closed. The interior has been mostly cleared out, and construction fencing installed around the entrance. Even the store's online existence has been scrubbed from both the corporate website and Google search. Talk about a "Toasty Torpedo."

Quiznos subs are a failed attempt in the fast food marketplace, and their food is worse than Subway or Blimpie's (if they are still around). I don't think they will be missed.
