Car stolen from downtown Bethesda garage
A car was stolen from a parking garage in downtown Bethesda early yesterday afternoon, December 1, 2021. Montgomery County police were called to investigate the theft at a garage in the 7700 block of Woodmont Avenue at 12:10 PM, according to crime data. Data also indicates it was a private, not public, garage.

There goes another one.
The corrupt leftist MoCo Politicians that you MoCo leftists voted for destroyed the MoCo Police Department. That has resulted in a crime-permissive environment in MoCo so criminals specifically come to target-rich areas like Downtown Bethesda to commit crimes: https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/montgomery-county-police-chief-says-morale-among-officers-is-at-lowest-hes-seen/2884990/
You created the crime-permissive environment for this to happen. You specifically voted for and proudly elected the people with policies that did it. Take a bow and own it. I hope your cars are stolen next.
@11:50 AM You really should see a doctor about those delusions of grandeur you are having. Welcome to the real world DOROTHY! This ain't Kansas, and no clicking of your pretty little heels will get you out of this nightmare you are having.
Robert reports, SN decides how the crime was committed and because their worldview is one of "it seldom happens here" of if it does, pull irrelevant statistics from outside the subject area and pawn them off as "local".
You haven't stated a single truth in any of these crime threads but since opinion articles are you're go to for information, (where we were expecting debate based on reason & facts), there is no helping a closed mind.
@6:24 AM: SocialNorm is so beholden to his party ideology that it's gone past the point of failing the community to actually betraying the community.
The "seldom happens here" talking point is no longer holding water. This is a daily/weekly occurrence, and it's shameful. The community deserves safety, and people who work hard to pay to own these vehicles deserve the safety and peace of mind of knowing that they'll be where they park them when they return.
