Bethesda construction update - 2 Bethesda Metro Center (Photos)

Here's a look at the progress on the relocated entrance to the 2 Bethesda Metro Center office tower on Woodmont Avenue. The main entrance is being moved from North Lane to this spot at the corner of North and Woodmont. The change is part of a major renovation of the property, which includes a new restaurant - Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, a new rear plaza, and a new fitness and conference center. It's a tough time for office property owners, and many are upgrading their properties, as buildings around the world fight over a shrunken on-site workforce in the work-from-home era.

I see that an event tent and chairs has been setup at the Greystar site at Wisconsin and Hampden Lane (4300 Wisconsin Ave.). Must be a groundbreaking ceremony coming up.
