The sign is up at Teazzi Tea Shop, opening soon at 4941 Elm Street, at the Shoppes of Bethesda. Last night, the sign was already lit. This will be the Taiwanese chain's first store in the Washington, D.C. region. Look for Teazzi between Dunkin' Donuts and Chip City.

Is this the same owner or a new one? There was a bubble tea spot there before and it was pretty meh. Just wondering if this is actually a change or just a rebrand.
