Bethesda Avenue retail building for sale
The retail building currently leased to Cork 57 at 4910 Bethesda Avenue is now on the market for sale. Cork 57 has three years left on its lease, with a five-year renewal option after that. The asking price for the building is $2,313,988, according to the online listing. Built in 1948, the property includes two parking spaces right outside the storefront.

Lol these commercial real estate prices are a joke. 2.3 million for a building built 76 years ago.
Obviously the bulk of the value is in the land not the current building.
