GAYLORDS LAMPS AND SHADES BEGINS MOVING INTO KENWOOD PROFESSIONAL BUILDING IN BETHESDA (PHOTOS)

Gaylords Lamps & Shades, formerly on Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda, is now beginning its move to a new location.

Lampshades and signage have already popped up inside Gaylords' new home, a former bank branch in the ground floor of the Kenwood Professional Building on River Road. The storefront is on the street, and is just east of the Ridgefield Road intersection.

The most well-known tenant of the building has been the Make A Wish Foundation. This particular space has been vacant for months since the bank closed.

So I guess that spot is out of the running for a new post office then.
