VICTOR'S PIZZA AND PASTA CLOSED, CLEARED OUT IN BETHESDA (PHOTO)

Victor's Pizza and Pasta has closed on Cordell Avenue in Bethesda, and the space has been pretty much cleared out inside. The restaurant was best known for its late delivery hours, but did not score well in Yelp reviews. Still visible through the front windows are the Victor's delivery signs that one would often see passing in the night along downtown Bethesda streets. It's always sad to see small businesses close in Bethesda, but maybe Victor's will return somewhere else in the future.

Victor's had an incredibly large delivery radius, which sometimes did not work out in real life. When I was still working near White Flint we placed an order and got a call an hour later that since no one else in that area had placed an order they would not be delivering to us and the order was canceled. This was around 2003.

Every Yelp review from the past year was one star! wow. It's too bad the staff is out of work for the holidays however. All those delivery drivers.
