Where are you getting your data for this?
I looked on crimereports.com, and the 7100 Whittier item shows as a kidnapping not assault. The 6100 Wilson shows as a theft not a burglary.
I saw the term "kidnapping" in the data, but do you really think someone was kidnapped in Bethesda without it being reported by the media and the police? I've heard nothing about a kidnapping. It was listed as an assault, so I'm sticking with that.
