ROOSTERS MEN'S GROOMING CENTER COMING TO BETHESDA ROW (PHOTOS)
The Roosters chain has been around since 1999, and is aiming for a throwback to traditional men's barbershops. Its corporate biography says the barbershop era ended in the 1960s (but they obviously haven't been to the Westwood Barber Shop on Westbard Avenue).
Roosters also offers an ongoing discount for active-duty military, police, fire and EMS employees. The basic Roosters Club Cut includes a consultation, haircut, shampoo massage and hot towel treatment, with a brush of powder and splash of aftershave to finish.
