Bethesda construction update: JBG Smith's 4747 Bethesda Avenue (Photos)

JBG Smith's trophy Class A office building, 4747 Bethesda Avenue, is now towering high above the street. When complete, it will rise 15 stories above Bethesda Row, with a 7000 SF restaurant, fitness center, rooftop terrace with an indoor/outdoor lounge and fire pit, and a conference and event space. 4747 Bethesda is scheduled for delivery next year.

It was awkward when the lady introduced Robert... he looked very lethargic. Like he was just there and not aware.

The difference beteeen Dyer and Hans is remarkable. Dyer appears listless and lethargic while Hans is young, hip, and always moving.

Hans Reamer is low energy...always has been.

Working with Roger, I thought he'd pick up on his enthusiasm. Guess not. Berliner is older, but has three times the energy.

D&D are deadbeats. Can’t pay their bills. I’m sure JBG Smith is thrilled that they backed out of the lease agreement.
