"south block" is not a name that advertises smoothies, fruit bowls. They should rethink the name.
Such a great point on the name. The late, great chef Tony Bourdain, talked about that in his acclaimed book, Kitchen Confidential. You have to choose a name that's easy to read but more than that, gives people walking or driving by a good idea of what you're selling. That name would be perfect for a cheesesteak place or a deli or even an upscale butcher shop. But smoothies and healthy bowls? No.
