Citizens Bank is ready to take over the former HSBC branch space at 7637 Old Georgetown Road in the Lionsgate condo building. The sign situation is a bit unusual, though. It appears they have simply placed an HSBC logo sign over the new, permanent Citizens Bank sign. This branch is scheduled to open for business on February 17, 2022.

Robert: Based on your photos, it appears to me that it's actually a temporary HSBC tarp sign placed over a lighted permanent Citizens Bank sign.

Did it really have to be another Bank Branch?
It could have been a bar or something for the nighttime economy, but no.....
