7:50: Yes, this appears to be the incident, or "a" incident, that occurred around the time of what you reported in your comment the other day. Unclear what the specific offense was until the official report is released in a couple of weeks, but this confirms something did happen, and the crime category it was under.

I'm guessing that it wasn't one of "MoCo's leading lights" who was exposing himself on his balcony. That sounds more like something that a Republican would do.
