The sale price listed currently for the Bethesda site is around the same amount, $8,038,380.

CVS in Tysons sold for an absurd amount as well for the mixed use residential potential- not a troll.

Just because it has a lease for "X" number of years does not mean it's there for that period. Leases can be broken, like your landlords of the past, when they tire of you.
