Uber, Lyft, etc. are not only not taxis (only far-left ideologues make the error of referring to these ride-sharing services as such - in reality, they cannot be hailed on the street like taxis), but they are summoned more efficiently via app.
Barwood ended up going bankrupt (despite the Council forcing taxpayers and Uber riders to subsidize their failing business model), and 16 nightspots went out of business, after the task force finished its "work."

The scoop was that everyone received the same pr materials. Free advertising. Pretty smart. Dyer and others fell for it.
5:44: There were no "PR materials." I broke the story, and others plagiarized without citing me as the source. There was no sign out front or announcement. My article was seen, and was the source for the other articles that plagiarized it.
