Construction projects continue to take advantage of lower traffic congestion from the coronavirus shutdown along Arlington Road in downtown Bethesda. Mid-morning Monday found a section of the road between the Bradley Shopping Center's upper entrance and Bethesda Avenue entirely closed. EuroMotorcars has construction projects for two new dealership showrooms on both sides of the street there. Further up near Old Georgetown Road, Arlington was reduced to one lane in each direction.
