Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service personnel have rescued two window washers who were trapped on their scaffolding at the Marriott International headquarters in downtown Bethesda. The two workers were washing windows four stories above the ground when the system that raises and lowers their scaffolding broke down. Montgomery County police, Montgomery County Technical Rescue Truck 700-B, and the MCFRS Maryland Task Force One urban search and rescue unit also responded to the scene.
Power was temporarily cut to a Pepco utility pole during the rescue effort, MCFRS acting spokesperson David Pazos said. Ultimately, the workers were rescued using a ladder truck. Neither worker suffered any injury, Pazos reported.

With as many birds migrating or otherwise, that those windows have killed, I wouldn't have a problem reading about employee or workers injuries at that behemoth of an eyesore monstrosity!
1:06: I understand your frustration, but consider that neither the workers nor the employees had any role in the architectural design of the building.
Poorly maintained OSHA inspected equipment. There's more to this story, and there should be.
Jesus. Psychopath, much?
I wondered why I was hearing helicopters for an extended period, with no news on WTOP or elsewhere indicating a bad traffic accident or police situation that would warrant such "live" attention.
@3:07, no doubt those two workers were threats to Biden's Deep State.
It doesn't cease to amaze me at the number of senior home residents with nothing to do but b**ch and moan, incessantly, and inaccurately on this site. Go play shuffleboard or bid wist, maybe it will relieve that built-up anger. Whinners!
Untoward diversion, typical dodge of underlying issue. Not surprising considering our demographic.
