A wall was placed around the former CHIKO restaurant space at 7280 Woodmont Avenue at Bethesda Row on Saturday. But it turns out a new restaurant is not moving in. Instead, it will be filled by Boll & Branch, a bedding retailer that brings the organic and sustainable practices, charitable causes, and celebrity endorsers you've now come to expect to the world of sheets and pillows. This includes beginning the manufacturing process with their own custom non-GMO cotton seeds at the farm level. Boll & Branch is scheduled to open this summer.

OH SHEET!
I live in downtown Bethesda and honestly never shop in any of the stores there. Can we get some normal retailers that people can actually afford? Or how about some child friendly content?
Iknowrite, I concur 100% .
3:57 - Well, Bethesda, especially downtown where you live, is among the most educated and affluent areas in the entire country. Boll & Branch, which I think is a terrible name, is apparently very high end and high quality. Yes, you could visit Marshalls down by the old Mazza Galleria. But those are crappy sheets from Bangladesh made in a sweatshop likely by a 12-year-old. At least in this case you're supporting a homegrown, American company. You get what you pay for no doubt about it. And yes, people can well afford it in downtown Bethesda.
Marshall’s in FH is closed - does anyone know why?
5:57: My hunch is the pending redevelopment of that building. I've inquired with Marshalls' corporate office, but they have so far declined to respond.
