Here's the latest progress on the Bainbridge Bethesda luxury apartment tower, now under construction between Fairmont and St. Elmo Avenues in downtown Bethesda.
It may not be too late to buy stock in Tyvek.
If you pretend there was a 16-story building on that construction site across Fairmont from the Bainbridge, you can get a sense of how drastically these 2 projects will change the character of that street. The ground floor retail will bring a lot more life there after dark, particularly if JBG can get an after-business-hours tenant at 7770 Norfolk.
Together with the Gallery Bethesda, these buildings give a hint of the exciting transformation ahead for the Woodmont Triangle.

Have you ever considered creating a before and after photo page for these large-scale projects? I think it would be a great addition and really show the transformation of Bethesda as it turns from a town into a city.
Yes, all of the photos have been saved, so it will be possible to show the contrast when each project is complete.
