TOP FOUR RABBITS IN DOWNTOWN BETHESDA (PHOTOS)

There are rabbits in downtown Bethesda.

Actually, this isn't a new phenomenon.

Wild rabbits have been hanging out in the Edgemoor/Arlington Road area and the Metropolitan apartment complex, among others, for quite some time. These spots just happen to have some of the last grassy areas in downtown Bethesda.

Support your local rabbit. Perhaps carrot sticks should be carried in one's pocket at all times as a civic duty.

Here are the Top 4 Rabbits in downtown Bethesda (click photos to enlarge, as they can be camera shy):

Apparently rabbits also value living near Metro!

There are 3-4 rabbits that inhabit the small parking lot near my office in downtown Bethesda. Usually 1 or 2 of them will be waiting next to my car when I go home in the evening. They're not much for small tslk though.

Ha ha, they're so cute. I have seen a rabbit for two days in a row now near Battery Lane Park. Oh, and also on the NIH campus. Must be having a productive year...
