FRANCESCA'S TO OPEN OCTOBER 12 AT MONTGOMERY MALL IN BETHESDA

New women's boutique Francesca's will open on October 12 at Westfield Montgomery Mall, a mall spokesperson said yesterday.

Francesca's has an existing Bethesda store at Bethesda Row.
