The 17-story 7770 Norfolk luxury apartment tower continues to make progress at the corner of Norfolk and Fairmont Avenues in downtown Bethesda. Some of the first glass is being installed on the lower floors right now. You can see corner balconies that look almost livable right now, minus their necessary railings, of course. 7770 Norfolk is being developed by The JBG Companies.

I'm looking forward to this building. It has a unique, modern design.
Looking good!!
"It has a unique, modern design."
LOL
Modern may not be a unique design aesthetic, but it certainly is unique to Bethesda - and sorely needed IMHO.
I believe from Robby's past post history he will agree too that it's much improved upon the design schemes where they seem to have run out of one material and suddenly decided to switch to another.
Am I the only one who likes the design of the Bainbridge?
Bah. Give me some Romaneque Revival. Or Norman Revival. Or Second Empire.
Inside it's nice! :). What do you like about it? No negatives to that question, just asking.
