Every time I see this name I get a flashback to "Married With Children".

Especially the moment when Jefferson proposes to Marcy, she accepts, then realizes that her married name will be "Marcy Darcy".

Just can't get that out of my head. Just can't...

Which building is which?

1:18: The one north (left) of Woodmont is The Darcy, and the one south (right) is The Flats.

Hans is my god. I have committed the blood sacrifice tonight.

He will reign for a 1,000 years Dyer. Now there is nothing you can do to stop him.

ALL WORSHIP HANS!

Can someone help explain the arrangement the private developer has with the county?

Who paid for what? Who owns the land? Etc. Thanks!

Tone down the HDR please.

You say "north (left) of Woodmont" which wouldn't really exist for either of these two buildings....

Woodmont is running northwest/southeast. So the southwest property is which and the northeast property is which?

"North" of Woodmont would seem to be "right" of Woodmont if you are looking at a map north/south.

Thanks, I'm just confused which is which.

8:02 In regard to roads, they are not described as "southwest." Only south, north, east, etc. In this case, if you are facing southbound Woodmont at the Barnes and Noble intersection, Barnes and Noble is on your right, and Jimmy Johns/The Seasons is to your left. From that position, The Darcy is on your left, and The Flats is on the right. Darcy is taller, if that helps.

Ok I think I understand. You weren't completely clear earlier.

Bob: "1:18: The one north (left) of Woodmont is The Darcy, and the one south (right) is The Flats."

I understand the road designations. Your left/right usage just didn't match up since you didn't clarify that you were facing southbound on Woodmont when you said "The one north (left) of Woodmont is The Darcy, and the one south (right) is The Flats."
