Drummond is actually not Chevy Chase West. It's the village of Drummond. (It has its own mayor and everything). While it is adjacent, I think most people would err on the side of thinking Drummond is in Somerset. It looks more like Somerset - larger lots, larger houses, and you can actually drive from Drummond into Somerset without going down Wisconsin (except during school), whereas you can't get by car from Drummond to CCW.
3:26: True. I believe a portion of the street is not part of the village, nor incorporated into Somerset, so it's kind of a grey area what to call it, I guess.
