Citizens of Bethesda Barbershop to open on Wisconsin Ave. (Photos)

Citizens of Bethesda Barbershop will open soon at 8216 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda. This is the space most recently occupied by the Photography Center of Bethesda between 8200 Wisconsin and the Bethesda Medical Building.

Owner-operator David Gonzalez will offer "modern style with an old soul." Patrons will find modern styles and classic razor techniques in a clean and professional space. It's good to see the street-level retail along this stretch getting a jolt in the arm from businesses like this and Red Bandana Bakery.

Sure you do, "Roald".

Has anyone been to Red Bandana lately? Location seems a bit less than ideal (not much foot traffic on that block) and offering gluten-free goods only seems like too slim of a market. We may have another Soup Up in the making.

Looking forward to it!

Hey Roald, take Dyer with you. He really needs a new "do," for campaigning and all.
