A new tenant sign has been installed at the Bethesda Place development at 7700 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda. No tenants are listed yet, but the most-anticipated one will be the new retail anchor Lidl grocery store. The new sign is part of a major renovation of the property, which features residential and office towers atop retail and restaurant space. It included a remodeled public plaza, replacement staircases on Woodmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road, and new logo signage such as this.
