A 24-hour virtual instruction "infrared sauna workout" facility, Hotworx combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise. Operating hours of the gym itself will be 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Fridays, and 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. Closed Sundays, like Chick-fil-A.
