The space that is currently home to Aden Pizzeria in downtown Bethesda is being marketed for lease. 7812 Old Georgetown Road is available "now," according to an online listing. The listing also states, "sublease space available from current tenant." Aden Pizzeria, now in its tenth year of operation, remains open for business at this time.

A smoke shop expansion from next door will soon be coming no doubt.
horrible location, can't imagine any food place will do that well there unless huge delivery business
What's wrong with the location? There should be a moratorium on more smoke shops anywhere downtown.
It seems that the new Bethesda Business environment promotes a revolving door policy.

If this is on the South/west side of GTR, no foot traffic. No obvious place to park.
Learning
The food is really good there and the operators are really nice, I have been going there once or twice a month for years. Despite its high visibility location, parking is pretty difficult so I am usually on foot when I go there. Sad to see them go.
I love Aden Pizza — good pizza and excellent kebabs and platters. Distressed to see them leaving. It would be great if they found a space nearby.
