Here's the latest progress at the 7700 Norfolk luxury apartments, a 17-story mixed-use building on Norfolk and Fairmont Avenues in downtown Bethesda.
They haven't even gotten far excavating yet, so don't be confused by that Tyvek-wrapped building in the background; that's the Bainbridge Bethesda across Fairmont Avenue.
