A sign installer attached the permanent, lighted sign outside of the future Smashburger location in Bethesda yesterday.
It is on the Cordell Avenue side of the under-construction Norfolk-Cordell II building at Norfolk Avenue.
Smashburger is not scheduled to open until December.
