This is just the Five Guys from across the street relocating; so not technically a new business per se...

Looks like Dyer missed another big story at the northeast end of the Woodmont Triangle.

It's always good when the local legacy media catches up on things Dyer reported weeks ago.

Until Bethesda has an In-n-Out, there will be no premier burgers in Bethesda. Five Guys. As if!

11:25 AM, 10:54 AM, 11:50 AM translate to: Dyer reported about the Greek Café and Five Guys before me, so I'll post snarky comments :/

10:15AM Please show me a In-N-Out anywhere east of the Rockies and I'll eat YOUR shorts. Both events ain't happening in our lifetime.

11:56AM - Just can't believe I'm who I say I am. I pity you.

Let's walk you through this:
See, 10:56AM mimicked Dyer's headline. "Five Guys Posts Coming Soon Banner..." by having "Five Guys" post "coming soon banner..."

I caught the wordplay, and thought it was funny and posted my own Wordplay.

Humor, not snark. Sheesh, lighten up buckaroo.

Anna for council! In all seriousness, I suspect you’d get more votes than Dyer!

Riemer is "the joke of MoCo". 2 terms produced economic stagnation and no major accomplishments.

Riemer's arrest didn't help.

3:10PM I pity you too. Imagine all the lovely things you miss in life by failing to believe what is true.

12.20 there’s an In-N-Out in Austin. That’s east of Rockies.

Too funny, In-N-Out is average at best - most who rave about it are parroting those in LA who don't know better. Real carnivores know that the coasties are easily duped when it comes to burgers.
