Halloween City has just opened in the top floor of the shuttered Sears store at Westfield Montgomery Mall. They are so new that they are still stocking the shelves, as you can tell from the photos below. Halloween City offers costumes, accessories, props and decorations. They're only using part of the sales floor, but if you miss Sears, this is your chance to get back inside one more time before it's demolished.

8:06: There are so many of the County Council and their sugar daddies in the MoCo cartel that it's hard to spot any others.
County Council also majorly disappointed that the Dumpster Fire costume sold out.
