The project is anchored by Trader Joe's, features an Orangetheory Fitness gym, and was scheduled for a Q3 2020 delivery. Is the plan to have the existing Trader Joe's remain open? I've never been a fan of the existing location. It's way too small for the area and it's inconvenient to go to the top floor of a shopping center. However, if the new store reduces the crowding at the old store, it may be more tolerable.
