Pedestrians may want to detour around a project that affected access to the sidewalk yesterday on the block of Norfolk Avenue between Woodmont and Wisconsin Avenues. Work wraps around in front of Reddz Trading on Woodmont, and also impacts the sidewalk on southbound Wisconsin.
