Demolition has moved onto the structural frame of the former office building at 7316 Wisconsin Avenue. A large portion of the building has now been completely destroyed. In a fitting coincidence, the more of the old building that is removed, the more of the new high-rise towers at 7272 Wisconsin is visible from Hampden Lane. The building is being destroyed to make way for the future Hampden House apartment tower.

They're moving right along on this. So far they seem to have mitigated the dust and debris pretty well.
Drove past it today. They really need to fix up the road on that section of Hampden. Potholes everywhere.
Here is a little video from Monday.

10:01 AM wasn't kidding. This section of Hampden Lane has huge potholes. I had to go really slowly on this block so I didn't damage my tires. Needs fixing ASAP.
