Here's an update on the ink and piercing situation in the Woodmont Triangle. The Coalition Tattoo banners began multiplying on the facade of 4823 Fairmont Avenue in Bethesda on Sunday. It now appears Coalition Tattoo is rebranding or replacing Tattoo Haven at the same address. The banners are now being placed over the Tattoo Haven signs.
