Guests will sample the cuisine and beverages that have won the restaurant many a good review from critics, and have the opportunity to schedule a private appointment to reserve their luxury condo unit. Floorplans and interior design renderings will be on display for review, and valet service will be available at the event.
"The anticipation from the growing number of interested home shoppers has made the announcement of this Grand Opening event that much more exciting," said Laura Henne, VP at the project's sales and marketing firm, McWilliams | Ballard yesterday. "We're thrilled that we'll be unveiling Stonehall Bethesda's floorplans in one of the city's premier dining locations, and we're looking forward to meeting the elite group of VIPs who have been eagerly awaiting this moment."
If you are one of that elite group, you'll be able to afford one of the building's 46 units, available in two-bedroom residences from the $800's, two bedrooms with a den from $1.3 million, and penthouse residences starting from $2.3 million. You'll have Harris Teeter directly across Woodmont Avenue, a top-level club room and a rooftop terrace. Stonehall is also within easy walking distance of NIH, the National Library of Medicine, and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Developer Duball, LLC is rapidly becoming a power player in Montgomery County, with high-profile projects including The Darcy/The Flats at Bethesda Avenue and The Upton/Cambria Hotel and Suites in Rockville Town Center opening in the last year alone.

0.7 miles to the Bethesda Metro, 0.6 miles to the Medical Center Metro.
That violates "Smart-Growth Principles", according to Dyer, yet no outrage from him. Why?
"a Grand Opening event tonight at Barrel & Crow restaurant at 4867 Cordell Avenue from 6:00-8:00 PM.
"Guests will sample the cuisine and beverages that have won the restaurant many a good review from critics..."
Sponsored content for both the Stonehall and the Barrel & Crate. Two-fer.

The Darcy and Flats were developed by a JV of StonebridgeCarras and PN Hoffman. In Bethesda, Duball developed the Lionsgate condo, and is currently developing the Cheval and Stonehall condo projects.
7:04 AM - #Oops
7:08: You are correct. I mixed up the two developers who have a project at that Battery/Woodmont intersection, who also have another project in town.
5:53: We all got the press release last night, so you're still "Dumass material all the way."
You're just using any lame excuse to spam and divert traffic to your site. Deleted in 3...2...1.... Moron.

Next up... Fuckall.
8:05 - I see what you did there. TFF.

LOL, what a Dumass.
8:49: A minor error, you [expletive]…get a life beyond trolling my blog.
Dyer's troll food is the best in town. He should open a restaurant.
Dyer cusses out and suggests 8:49 get a life instead of trolling his blog. Yet he continues trolling the county with his blog.
7:48AM - How do you troll a county with your blog? Now if the was posting all this on their site, well then, yes, he'd be trolling. As it stands, though, he's just writing his blog and you are the troll.
