Is Stonehall really ultra luxury? Bad location for it on Battery. Price point doesn't suggest it either.

12:09 AM - Battery Lane is better than Hampden Lane was before all the new construction started. Hampden Lane was ghetto just a few years ago.
Its proximity to Bethesda Row though brings up its value. Although right now what is it, Lauren ultra luxury, affordable housing, homeless shelter, Hampden Row luxury. Funny mix.
