This is very interesting. I am in the market for a new high-end cake vendor for some of the galas I organize.
I'm hoping it won't be high end. Would be nice to have a cheaper bakery around.
@6:02 I think the Entermann's aisle at Safeway already caters to that line of business. This is Bethesda, our tastes are a little more on the refined side.

8:00AM I miss it too. The old Entenmann's is now Duck Donuts.
Opposite extremes. Super cheap and common folk and now super expensive hipster pastries. My wallet hurts as I don't care about brand name.
