Building looks ok. Not as nice looking as 7770 yet, but still an upgrade over the usual Greenhill/Karr collaborations

"Element 94" would have been a much cooler name.

I like this one the best so far. Let's see how it finishes.

Weird name.

I personally think Element 69 would have been the best name - bet Dyer is too big a birdbrain to understand that innuendo!

Any news or rumors on the future retail tenant?

Does Dyer live at the Lionsgate? (Only way he could have taken the 2nd photo) Nice photos though.

Hopefully a nice retail tenant bar/restaurant on the corner to make Bethesda look less dead to those hopping off the Metro that don't venture to Woodmont or B-Row. Would compliment Tyber well too.

15 pictures of the same building?

8:28: 15 different pictures in a construction update makes perfect sense, unlike your comment.

@6:57: The second photo is from the top of the public parking garage fronting Woodmont adjacent to Lionsgate.

Interesting how they handled the "courtyard" space between the Akridge renovation, Tyber building, and Element. So much hardscaping. Interested to see how this turns out.

If only they could keep the blue. It looks great from a distance.

Why can't Karr build something like this?

Broken record. You don't like them or their projects.
Go troll them on something of theirs.

Broken record. You don't like Montgomery County or their council. Go live in NoVa.

Y'all folk need to realize both parties are exactly the same broken record on both sides here.

What I really appreciate in apartments in Lublin for rent is lightning space. Then everything looks fresh and optimistic.
Poland is a very nice country. My dream flat in Lublin should have ingenious plan space, where everything have its
own place well here i find it http://apartmentsinlublin.com/ my dream flat.

As a chemist, I am not sure how you derived the name of your building from Nickel. It also is the 1st hits for Element 28 on google images, which for Advertising is good but for the effectiveness of transferring humanities knowledge a problem.
